Becky is the owner and founder of Seas the Day | Traveling Oyster Bar, since 2018. For over a decade, she’s been in the business of growing oysters and planning parties! She is committed to bringing you an enjoyable raw bar experience, while answering all your questions along the way.
Becky is an active surfer and sailor who is passionate about food and community connections. She is committed to sustainable choices for our planet— now and into the future.
Stuart
Swift and sure, meet Stuart, your shucker and oyster seeker at Seas the Day. Stuart partners with farmers to buy direct from local shellfish farms. The freshness is unparallel when diving into a raw oyster boasting a briny front and sweet finish! Seas the Day oysters paired with our mignonette dressing are a crowd favorite.
Stuart is eager to share his experience and knowledge with +15 years oyster farming. Stuart is a nature and beer appreciator! When not hand selecting your oysters, you can catch him hiking, fishing, surfing, or snowboarding!
